Great New Electronic Communication Tool Through Google Wave

Google Wave is one of Google’s newer products introduced in 2009. Wave is a product that Google hopes will eventually replace e-mail as way of electronic communication.

The new Wave program will allow coworkers around the world to work simultaneously on the same document. Each will be able to add photographs, maps, videos or rich text documents anywhere in the communication.

By sending a wave, any participant can reply anywhere within the message. They can also make edits or add other participants at any time during the process. There is even a playback feature which allows any participant in the wave to rewind a message to see who has said what along the process.

Using Google Wave is a great way to work together on group projects. It allows you to share photographs or take notes on a meeting, even if the meeting is online. This is an excellent way for groups in satellite offices to brainstorm. If you have a little down time, Google Wave even offers interactive games to fill the spare time.

Google wave takes the best features of G-mail where messages are threaded, adds the best features of an instant messenger and adds even more features.

Currently Google Wave is in the development stage and you can only request an invitation. It is expected to remain in development stage throughout the remainder of 2009 and be open for full release sometime in 2010.

The program offers both spelling and grammar checks as well as translation of the document into 40 different languages almost in an instant. Once again, showing the usefulness of the program around the world.

Google Wave will be in full release soon. Currently, you can request to be a part of the evaluation team, however you must wait for an invitation.

Very soon Google mail shall be taken over by a new brand of communication. Google Wave is the new development from the famous brand. Wave developers are saying that this tool is going to be the best mail program yet.
